What we collect

When you call or submit the service request form we collect your name, phone number, email address, service address and a description of the work you need. Our web host also records standard server logs including IP address, browser type and pages visited.

How we use it

Solely to respond to your enquiry, schedule and perform the work, invoice you, and keep records of work performed. We do not sell your information.

Sharing

We share information only with people who need it to complete your job: our technicians, our scheduling and invoicing providers, and permitting authorities where a permit is required.

Cookies and third parties

This site embeds Google Maps on location pages and loads fonts from Google Fonts. Those services may set cookies or record requests under their own privacy terms. We do not run advertising trackers on this site.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold, ask for corrections, or ask us to delete records we are not required to keep. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA. Email service@rupertelectric.com to make a request.

Retention

Job records and invoices are kept as long as required for warranty, tax and permit purposes. Enquiries that do not become jobs are deleted periodically.
